Production Control & QC Staff manages production plans and ensures product quality by coordinating material procurement, dyeing, fabric processes, and shipments. The role also involves analyzing defect data to support quality improvement efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Production Control: Creating and managing process plans (procuring raw materials, dyeing, fabrics, and shipping)
- Quality control: Compiling and analyzing data on defective raw yarns and defective fabrics
- Chinese business level (HSK 5 or above for Chinese factories)
- Japanese or English (N2 or above or TOEIC score of 700 or above)
- New graduates are acceptable.
- Experience in production control or QC is plus.
