The Production Control Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production processes to enhance efficiency and yield. This role involves managing on-site production activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Improvement activities in production process (yield improvement, etc.)
- Management of on-site production process, progress management.
- Attendance at development meetings and delivery date coordination meetings with customers.
- Attendance at internal quality meetings.
- Coordination with the Japanese side will be handled by the Japanese GD.

- At least 5 years of experience in production management related to bags and shoes (three-dimensional apparel).
- Intermediate English (internal communication and participation in client meetings in North America and other countries).

* Preferred Skills:
- 10 years of experience in bag and footwear production management would be an added advantage.
- Advanced English (must be able to attend meetings and negotiate with clients in North America and other countries).
