- Plan the action plan for one sub-leader who will be subordinate to you, and check the results on the job.
- Handle tasks related to manufacturing, production control, and quality control.

- Experience working in the manufacturing industry (experience in technical training in Japan is welcome).
- Japanese or English is plus.
