The Process Improvement Representative is responsible for traveling to supplier factories across Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, and Malaysia, to identify, analyze, and guide suppliers on process improvements. This role focuses on enhancing quality control measures, ensuring the implementation of corrective actions, and preventing quality issues during mass production.
Responsibilities:
- required to go to supplier factories and provide guidance for improvement.
- Travel to supplier factories in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, etc. to identify problems
- Guide suppliers for process improvement.
- Analyze and take preventive measures against quality problems by process FMEA and FTA.
- Participate in the production witness at the time of mass production to prevent the occurrence and outflow of quality problems.
- Confirm whether improvement points are implemented as planned.
- Japanese N2 level or Intermediate level of English.
- Experience in the following in the manufacturing industry; Production engineering, manufacturing technology, quality assurance, or quality control.
- An honest and cheerful personality.
- Ability of logical thinking.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to go on overseas business trip alone in the future.

- Experience in quality analysis and process improvement.
- Leadership-level factory management and leadership experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in automotive or electrical products industry.
- Many people at our Japan headquarters come from the automotive and electrical products industries.
- Experience in plastic molding, pipe products, painting, welding, woodworking, and metal fabrication.
- Quality data analysis and report writing for on-site measures.
- Knowledge of metalworking, painting, plating, woodworking, welding, and other technologies and process control.
- Knowledge of ISO standards.
