Process Engineer Experts – Scouring and Coating

We are seeking a Process Engineer Expert specializing in Scouring and Coating to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and optimization of scouring and coating machines, ensuring production readiness, and supporting standard operating procedures (SOP) for customer projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Machine installation and Commissioning.
- New installation of Scouring and Coating Machines
- Training of operators, Maintenance Technician of Weaving Machine / Process
- Ensure MPS and Autoliv standard implementation and compliance.
- Production readiness and Process release
- Validation of OPW fabric (DOE / DV /PV)
- Validation and Qualification
2. SOP support
- Customer Projects SOP
- New project launch activity
- Problem Solving for any issues during SOP.
3. Communicate and coordinate with other subsidiaries for necessary support.

- Bachelor’s degree+.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in manufacturing and production areas.
- Line / Machine set up, Installation and Process readiness.
- Implement work changes and improvements to production
targets and increase productivity.
- Change Management.
