Lead the material development team, focus on fabric maker (especially synthetic fiber).
Work with all suppliers to develop new fabric follow buyer requirements and standard.
Working with suppliers about details of price, leadtime, ... make sure all material items shipped out on time with correct quality.
Browse fabric colors for sports garments checking quality, size.
Source appropriate material supplier based on given artwork, samples or swatches from customers.
Working with technicians and merchandisers for any special marker.
Working with factory and styling team on limited release, solving all material quality issues during sample stage in order to avoid any claims for Bulk later on.
Daily working with Developers team to discuss about the sample orders or to report all necessary information.
Handle of development & ordering accessories, fabric during sample stage.
Solving quality problems for fabric, accessories, printing, embroidery, laminating, quality...

More than 5 years’ experience of sales or development in the fabric maker (especially synthetic fiber).
The person who has enough knowledge about quality, component, test, inspection of synthetic fiber.
The person who has good negotiation and trouble-shooting skill as well as communication skill.
The person who understands the process of garment production will be welcomed more.
Business level of English is must. Chinese skill will be welcomed more.
