1. Sale support:
- Receive customer’s order.
- Update delivery schedule, prepare delivery order sheet and relating documents , cooperate with warehouse vendor to arrange goods delivery to customer on time.
- Cooperate with accounting department to issue invoice to customer.
- Prepare documents per requirements following customer's payment process.
- Update data to system.
- Collect data and make reports as requested.
- Other requests from customers.
2. Stock control and Inventory Planning:
- Mornitor and manage stock on hand daily to ensure delivery to customer.
- Follow up and update customer's order and forecast.
- Analyze order and forecast data and discuss with sales team to see demand trend and fluctuation.
- Cooperate with sales team and inventory planning department to make purchasing plan to factories.
3. Import-Export & Logistics Control:
- Follow up incoming shipments from factories.
- Make import-export plan.
- Cooperate with logistics agency to be responsible for all related documents, procedures, process for import and export.
- Follow up together with logistics agency to finish import-export procedure in time and efficiently.
