Mô tả công việc

- MA is also responsible for conducting Medical Activities and engaging in Scientific Exchanges that also generate and result in appropriate dissemination of relevant, scientifically accurate, objective, truthful and not misleading information about Company investigational compounds and marketed product, including without limitation:
- Development of core medical plan and strategy aligned with the priorities set out in the integrated global brand or regional/ local strategic brand plan.
- Responding to unsolicited request for medical information (MIE).
- Scientific and medical discussions regarding evolving trends in disease state managements and trends in therapy.
- Scientific Exchange that enables Company to benefit from the expertise, knowledge and insights of external healthcare stakeholders and sharing those insights with other functions within company, where appropriate.
- Activities that are supportive of Commercial Activities and Promotional Activities (e.g., review of the promotional materials, training of Company field sales representatives, support of Commercial of securing access and reimbursement for our products and training of promotional speakers).
- Verifying that projects and tasks are conducted according to good clinical practice (GCP), standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other compliance standards.
- Participating in meetings with senior management and attending external meetings and congresses on behalf of the company.
- Developing the best possible working relationships between the organization and stakeholders.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating team-members in MA department.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Medical Doctor or Pharmacist degree, preferably with specialization and/or clinical experience in the relevant therapeutic area(s).
- Good communication in English
- Strong scientific baseline knowledge in therapeutic area, clinical trials methods, implementation and interpretation, sound scientific and clinical judgment, and eagerness to learn more in depth in therapeutic areas.
- Strong, confident, and engaging presentation skills.
- Outstanding communication and skills and the ability to function within a team environment.
- Handling of multiple tasks at the same time and working under pressure.
- Proactive "can do" attitude and passion for the science related to the products and associated therapeutic area.
- Strong customer facing skills, listening skills, probing skills, and flexibility.
- Corporate culture competencies of Leader Behaviors, including Business Integrity
- Experience within a clinical drug development environment preferred.
- Accept to travel approximately 60%.
