- Management of operators (30 people) in an EPE company assembling medical catheters.
- Receive information and data on new products forwarded from Japan.
- Reading of technical data and figures, and preparation of sample products.
- Training and instructing operators to make new products.
- Manage operators in the production chain.

- Japanese N2 level or higher.
- Those who have graduated from a vocational school or university.

* Preferred Skills:
- Must have manufacturing experience.
- Must have experience as a trainee in Japan.
- Those who are interested in manufacturing, those who like it.
- Must be able to communicate well.
