We are seeking a dedicated Manager for our Kindergarten Department to oversee the operations of our kindergartens in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our facilities, securing enrollments, and providing leadership and guidance to principals and staff. This role involves significant interaction with the General Director in Japan, requiring effective communication and reporting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the general management of multiple kindergarten facilities to ensure operational excellence.
- Implement strategies to maintain and increase student enrollment figures across all facilities.
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the principals and other key staff members.
- Maintain regular communication with the Japanese General Director through detailed reports and consultations.
- Manage the setup and operationalization of newly opened kindergarten facilities, ensuring standards are met and processes are streamlined.
