- Responsible for managing the maintenance team and the contractor, taking the highest responsibility for the maintenance of the system and equipment in the warehouse and office. 
- Contact with the construction company (Daiwa house Vietnam), when we need to solve problem or install about maintenance equipment and so on.
- Check, control the temperature, humidity, ensuring that these criteria always meet the requirements of customers and companies.
- Inspect, maintain, clean machinery and equipment periodically to keep the equipment in good condition, smooth operation.
- Repair the damage in the company related to the electricity, water, machinery and equipment (except computers) or contact contractors for fixing if the work can not be carried out by maintenance team.
- Supervise and instruct maintenance staff to perform assigned tasks.
- Design and construct small construction, equipment and machinery to support the warehouse operation.
- Manage costs related to maintenance, finding ways to improve the efficiency to save costs and improve the quality of operation of the machinery in the warehouse.
- Draft instructions and SOPs related to operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure the repair in time and timely.
- Propose options to support the warehouse activities to meet customer requirements, companies.
- Update the technical information for the operation and improve the quality of maintenance.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of contractors when the construction, repairing or guarantee related fixing happen.
- Support warehouse staff in operating and maintenance of forklift/reach truck.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement new projects.
- Other instructions and requests from the reporting line. Including Reporting, communicating, and consulting on Maintenance-related tasks to the reporting line.

- Age：Over 30 years old
- Experience：At least 5 years of experience working in a Maintenance related role.
- Knowledge or Skill：Understand about water and electricity systems, thermotechnics, mechanics.

* Personality Requirement：
- Honest, hardworking, willing to learn, active work attitude, communication and reporting level English - 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

* Prefer to have：
- Experience working as a Maintenance manager or working in logistics company (more than 5 years).
- At least 2 years in the position of a Maintenane manager or equivalent.
- University graduated, priority in thermotechnics major.
- Leadership skills, job assignment, welding, cutting, power system repairing, machinery operation skills.
- Microsoft software (Windows, Office, Email...).
