- Assess the need to replace parts in preventive and corrective maintenance, generating subsidies for the maintenance programmer in creating maintenance plans.
- Provide technical solution to problems not resolved by electricians, instrumentalists and maintenance technicians at lower levels.
- Develop small automation projects, components and adaptations of machinery and equipment, guided by plans, drawings, diagrams and other specific documents and using appropriate instruments.
- Develop small pneumatic projects, as well as maintain the components and these inserted (piston, solenoid valve, actuators, etc.)
- Organize the sector's document files, taking care of measuring instruments and tools for collective use in the electricity sector.
- Carry out specification, installation and corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance, of high complexity, in electrical equipment in general, such as: control and power panels, electric motors, motor vibrators, generator set, lighting circuits, boilers, compressors, meters/transmitters gauges, temperature gauges/transmitters, scales, burners, etc.)
- Carry out specification, installation, maintenance, configuration of electronic, and automation equipment, such as: frequency inverters, soft starters, CLP's, supervisory systems, man-machine interfaces, field communication networks, etc.
- Perform electrical installation services in general, such as: installation of outlets, lighting, cable routing, assembly of electrical pipes, assembly of cable trays and others.
- Propose improvements in processes, seeking greater performance and cost reduction.

- Knowledge of design, maintenance and assembly of electrical panels.
- Knowledge of electrical maintenance and field instrumentation: motors, transmitters, control valves, drives and pneumatic and hydraulic components.
- Knowledge of Industrial Automation: frequency inverters, soft starters, CLP's, supervisory system, field communication network.
- Basic knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration.
- Basic knowledge of Pneumatics and Industrial Hydraulics.

* Skills:
- Skills with Windows tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Skill in the procedures using inspection instruments such as digital thermometer, tachometer, Megohmmeter, voltmeter, ammeter, multi-test, and stethoscope.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems and situations.
- Skill in Step 7 and WinCC.
- Siemens inverter.
