- Japanese N3 or above.
- Experience with NC machine tools.
- Experience using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Experience in machine maintenance.
- Experience as a manager or supervisor in the field and management skills.
- Able to find, set, and solve problems independently.
- Experience in using NC machine tools.
- Experience working in a stainless steel production factory is plus.
