The M&E Designer will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, design, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and MEP systems within construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Make design planning for engineering process according to the company process.
- Making technical documents related to the MEP system.
- Make technical support documents related to MEP tender.
- Deploying, inspecting and detaching volumes for construction and installation off MEP systems.
- Verify shop-drawings, construction drawings, construction methods.
- Monitor and supervise the construction of MEP system on the construction site.
- Checking and commissioning MEP systems.
- Making acceptance records, as-built document, making records of work completion.
- Detailed work will be discussed at the interview.
- Graduated college/ university majoring in electrical engineering and mechatronics.
- Fluency in design and office software: Auto-cad, Microsoft office, …
- Knowledge of industrial design standards.
- Experience in designing MEP for industrial constructions, factories, warehouses…
- Experience in deploying shop-drawing drawings, construction drawings.
- Experience in testing & commissioning MEP, setting up construction methods and safety standards in construction.
- Experience in dismantling volumes, bidding and executing electrical tender packages for factory and building projects.
