The Leasing Staff will be responsible for managing leasing activities for designated companies within the group. The candidate will conduct market research, identify potential tenants, and maintain strong relationships with partners, tenants, and agents.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the leasing issues of designated companies in group
- Lead full cycle leasing process including introduction, negotiation, lease agreement, handover and support customer services regarding the designated companies' properties.
- Conduct market research of potential clients, competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
- Identify and prospect potential tenants through various channels, including online listings, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of the properties.
- Prepare and maintain leasing documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare and follow with internal teams and tenant to complete related contractual documentation.
- Establish and build networking channels/relationship with potential partners, tenants and agents: Follow up with prospective tenants to convert leads into signed leases.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, provide accurate information, and address concerns in a professional manner. Assist with tenant move-ins and orientations, ensuring a smooth transition into the property.
