We are seeking a  Lead Embedded Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of embedded systems and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong leadership capabilities to guide the development team and ensure compliance with coding standards.

Responsibilities:

- Developing embedded controller software that operates on the controller board of printer
multifunction devices.
- Debugging and evaluation will be conducted using either actual devices or simulators.
- The ultimate role of a Software Engineer is to build high-quality, correctly functioning software in compliance with coding standards.
- Collaborate with bridge engineers to lead the development planning, operation, and quality assurance of the project.

- Work Experience: Management experience in software development for 3 years or more, or experience as a software engineer for 7 years or more.
- Language Proficiency: Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher is preferred, and English fluently - spoken, listening, and written.
- Ability to actively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Having the motivation to work for a long period (10 years or more), as a founding member of the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant technology certifications.
