Responsibilities:
1. Negotiation & relation management with partners (JV partner)
- Presenting company policies and strategies.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with JV partner counterparts.
- Negotiating to execute investments.
2. Investment financial analysis
- Developing financial models (Cash flow/ P&L)
3. Legal due diligence with lawyer
- Discussing relevant regulations and laws with lawyers.
- Incorporating these discussions into contract clauses to minimize legal and regulatory risks.
- University Graduation (Bachelor Degree or above) (Finance/ Accounting degree is preferable)
- 30-40 years old is preferable.
- Good command in English, particularly in writing & speaking.
(Equivalent to TOEIC of 850, IELTS 6.5 or above)
- Proficiency in office computer applications, especially Excel.
- Negotiation & relation management with partners.
- Investment financial analysis.
- Legal due diligence with lawyer.
- More desirable if having experience in M&A or JV deal with FDI company.
