- Investment execution in new project as Investment director/ Manager.
- Negotiation & relation management with partners (JV partner).
- Make presentation of company policy / strategies.
- Create / maintain relationship with counterpart of JV partner.
- Negotiate to execute investment.
- Investment financial analysis.
- Make financial model (Cash flow / P&L).
- Legal due diligence with lawyer.
- Discuss with lawyer regarding relevant regulation and law.
- Reflect them into contract clauses to minimize legal / regulation risk.
- Other: Complying with international standard compliance.

- University Graduation (Bachelor Degree or above) , 30-40 years old is preferable. (Finance / Accounting degree is preferable)
- Good command in English, particularly in writing & speaking.(Equivalent to TOEIC of 850, IELTS 6.5 or above)
- Proficiency in office computer applications, especially Excel.
- Working experience in real estate development company (residential, industrial, commercial).
- Experience in M&A or JV deal with FDI company. (preferable).
- Years of experience in same role: 5-10 years.
