Interior Designer creates detailed shop drawings and concept designs, ensuring plans are practical, clear, and meet client and company standards. The role also involves coordinating with teams, checking subcontractor work, and applying material and construction knowledge.
* Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the detail shop drawing from the design drawing.
- Drawing while understanding materials and construction methods in interior design
- Making concept design (Office / Restaurant / Clinic / Residence / Villa)
- Checking shop drawing from sub-contractor
- Coordinate with the relevant departments of design, QS & Construction team for preparation of shop-drawings submissions for approval including the related details of the civil part and the M&E parts.
- Ensure that all shop drawings must be done with constructability to company’s standard, be practical, easy to understand, able to meet Clients expectations, and have good profitability for the Company.
