* Planning:
- Track the export plan and arrange work for inspection.
- Installation of quality standards for each customer and construction of an inspection system.
* Incoming product inspection:
- Building methods of measuring, checking and evaluating product quality based on Company's standards.
- Directly check the bonded and size of mechanical products such as milling, convenient, stamping, bending, welding ... according to the standard and evaluating the results.
- Read and explain the technical drawings for the inspector.
- Record the test results in the inspection report.
- Training testers on quality control measures.
- Monitor the use of measuring equipment to ensure proper use and meet the requirements.
- Summary, communication and handling when detect NG product.
- Perform other jobs at the request of the superior.
* Management and Reporting
- Handling operators’ attendances.
- Reporting to WH manager as required.
- Negotiate with the warehouse manager about the treatment of inspectors.
- Inspector recruitment evaluation (evaluation during the trial period).
- Inspection line improvement.
- University graduate majoring in economics or logistics-related field.
- Able to communicate in English.
- 6 years of practical experience in warehouse operations, of which at least 3 years at management level.
- Able to work under pressure and overtime (if needed).
- Can make decisions and handle multitasking independently.
- Proficient in MS Office (Google or Microsoft).
- Have experiences working in bonded warehouse is preferrable.
- Experience in work with high uncertainty (new project launch, etc.)
- Coordination and negotiation experience with other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ISO9001.
- Knowledge related to import and export.
- Inventory management and accounting knowledge.
