The Inspection Department Manager is responsible for overseeing the inspection processes and ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained. This role involves investigating quality issues, implementing corrective measures, and managing both the personnel and operations within the inspection department.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate the causes of quality issues raised by the quality assurance department.
- Implementation of its countermeasures.
- Management of inspection department.
- Management of in-process and final inspections.
- Management of personnel (There're about 5-8 leaders in the department, mainly in their late 20s and early 30s).
* The requirements for both leader and manager levels:
- More than 5 years experience in the inspection department (Any kinds of industries)
- Experiences in inspection department in FDI (not limited to Japan),
with knowledge which can be utilized for the improvement of the company's inspection department.
- Second language is not required at all.
- Bothe male and female can apply (about 60% of the leaders are female.)
- Those who can commute by themselves.
* The requirements to manager levels:
- More than 1-2 years experience of Manager in the production department.
- Experienced in management of personnel is welcomed
- Can commute within 30 minutes to be able to respond to emergencies is plus.
