The IT Staff (Helpdesk) is responsible for maintaining the stability and efficiency of the company's server and network systems. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing user support, and ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the stability of the server and network systems.
- Find out the cause of errors in machines, equipment, and networks in the information technology category in the fastest way.
- Troubleshoot and propose solutions to fix and avoid these errors from recurring.
- Support users in installing the company's software, advise users on whether the software is safe to install.
- Purchase related IT goods and equipment to support other departments.
- Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary.
