We are seeking a IT Data Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating insightful content to monitor key business metrics using applications like Tableau and Salesforce. This role involves supporting the sales department with data extraction and processing, suggesting automation plans.

Responsibilities:

- Create content to grasp the situation (sales, received orders, lead time, and so on) with appropriate application such as Tableau, Salesforce, and so on.
- Support sales department with data extracting/processing.
- Suggest automation plans to meet sales department’s needs.
- Automate current analysis done with Excel.

- SQL data extracting experience (must have).
- Programming language: any.
- BI tool (Tableau/Power BI etc.) experience.
- Ability to learn new applications.
- Excel data processing experience.
- English or Japanese communication skills (business level).
- Good communication skill (to understand what sales department would like, to know system condition/limitation).

- Low-code tool development platform experience.
