We are seeking a Housing Structural Planning Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing structural plans for two-story or smaller wood-frame homes, ensuring compliance with earthquake resistance standards and optimizing load-bearing elements for structural integrity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Design structural plans for two-story or smaller wood-frame homes, incorporating Walk In Home features.
- Ensure all designs meet level 3 earthquake resistance standards before calculating internal strength.
- Utilize specialized software to set up calculation conditions and strategically place columns and load-bearing walls.
- Integrate load-bearing walls with a horizontal frame system to develop the most effective foundation plan.

- Major in architecture.
- Able to visualize buildings in 3D.
- People who like to work creatively.
- Motivation to study Japanese after joining.

* Preferred Skills:
- Some working experience in design or site supervision (any type of buildings).
- Japanese language skills (any level).
