Responsibilities:
- The structural plan is the preliminary stage of the structural design process, based on the design drawings sent by the designers of the branches in Japan.
- The structural plan is literally a plan for the structure, and is based on the design drawings sent by each branch, and plans the most rational positions of columns and bearing walls.
- The required wall and floor ratio must be met, eccentricity must be satisfied and earthquake resistance class 3 must be satisfied.
In addition, the structural design is carried out up to the point of structural calculation, including planning of the foundation streets and beam profiles.
- Conduct structural studies under the correct load conditions and with the correct modelling.
- The company's original foundations, load-bearing walls and floors are used, so the structural design is carried out in accordance with the manual.

- Check the control chart, check the properties allocated to you, check priority properties, etc., and plan the properties to be done today.
- Open the data from the branch office, check the design drawings and carry out structural planning.
- When the structural plan is completed, ask a senior staff member to do the first ckb.
- Revise the ckb while understanding the meaning of the ckb.
- After completing the modifications, have the Japanese ck person perform the secondary ck by e-mail.
- Make corrections while understanding the meaning of the ccb.
- After the revision is finished, send it to the design person in charge at the branch office by e-mail.
- Input into a control chart, input the time spent on the property and the number of ckb into a separate control chart.
