1. Manpower Planning and Control:
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly manpower budgets.
- Forecast future manpower
2. Recruitment:
- Expedite recruitment of management staffs and mass recruitment
- Maintain an updated and complete set of job description and job specification for each position in the company.
3. Employee Benefits:
- Review and develop a comprehensive remuneration package including bonus, medical coverage, retirement benefits, and staff facilities to ensure that it is competitive enough to retain / attract existing staff / applicants.
4. Payroll:
- In charge of payroll for Vietnamese and expats, SI, PIT.
5. Performance Appraisal:
- Administer employee appraisal system for all staff.
- Review current performance of each staff, identify training needs to bridge and develop staff with potential.
6. Employment Relations / Communications:
- Provide adequate communication channels and counseling services to staff.
7. Admin:
- Supervising day-to-day operations of Admin
- Managing smooth operation of canteen, security, Company vehicles, cleaning, gardening, office supplies, uniform, etc.
