1. Manpower Planning and Control:
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly manpower budgets.
- Forecast future manpower.
2. Recruitment:
- Expedite recruitment of management staffs and mass recruitment
3. Employee Benefits:
- Review and develop a comprehensive remuneration package including bonus, medical coverage, retirement benefits, and staff facilities to ensure that it is competitive enough to retain / attract existing staff / applicants.
4. Payroll:
- In charge of payroll for Vietnamese and expats, SI, PIT.
5. Performance Appraisal:
- Administer employee appraisal system for all staffs.
- Review current performance of each staff, identify training needs to bridge and develop staff with potential.
6. Employment Relations / Communications: Provide adequate communication channels and counseling services to staff.
7. Admin:
- Supervising day-to-day operations of Admin
- Managing smooth operation of canteen, security, Company vehicles, cleaning, gardening, office supplies, uniform, etc.
8. CSR: 
- Make sure the operation of whole team comply with customer requirements and in charge of clients’ audit. 
9. HSE & Medical: 
- Supervise HSE & Medical activities. 
- Ensure the compliance with client and local requirements.
10. IT
- Support IT engineers in implementation and maintain the IT system and its operation internally.

- Excellent English, and preferable (or priority) if Japanese as second foreign language.
- University graduation.
- Salary (gross): VND30MIL-VND35MIL (this salary is included basic salary + position allowance+commuting allowance + housing allowance from another province. 
- Exprerience for garment factory from 500 -1,200 workers.
- Prioty to Quang Ngai ‘s local person.
- Age: 35-45; gender: Male/Female.
- Working time: From Mon to Sat. 8:00-17:00.
- Report directly to Japanese Factory manager.
- 1st round of Interview by VN manager online; the 2nd round by JP & VN Managers online or offline. 
- Start: Asap.

* Preferred Skills: 

- Born in Quang Ngai Province.
- Experience in a sewing factory is preferred.
- Experience in a large assembly plant is acceptable.
