- The company is a retail distributor of Japanese luxury cosmetics manufacturers. You will be managing the company to increase revenue in Vietnam.
- The company has multiple channels including in-store sales, online sales, and distributor sales, and you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing current issues and developing strategies for implementation.

＜Main Responsibilities＞
- Identification of issues.
- Planning and execution of business plans.
- Improvement of business conditions (creation of a mechanism to sell products).
- Creation and analysis of financial statements.
- Management of employees.
- Reporting to the head office in Japan.

＜Experience＞
- Experience in corporate management and business planning.
- Those who have experience in identifying and implementing issues to expand sales and have a proven track record.
- Experience in management.
- Experience working in an industry as close as possible, such as a company that handles consumer goods.

＜Languages and educational background＞
- English or Japanese: Business level (able to communicate with head office in Japan).
- Graduate of a four-year college or university.
- Experience working in the retail industry is plus.
