General Affairs and HR Support handles daily office operations and HR tasks such as business trips, transportation, office supplies, events, recruitment, and employee management.
* Responsibilities:
1. General Affairs Tasks
- Arrange business trips (air tickets, accommodation, visas, etc.)
- Arrange transportation (drivers, rental cars, schedule management)
- Organize in-house lunches.
- Manage office supplies and support internal events, as well as other general affairs tasks.
2. Human Resources Tasks
- Support recruitment activities for on-site workers and others (posting job ads, handling applications, coordinating interview schedules, etc.)
- Assist with onboarding procedures and employment contract preparation.
- Support attendance and time management.
