- Supply and manage office equipments, machines or properties to office and manufactures, kitchen utilitie.
- Receive and file incoming letters, documents.
- Collect letters, goods from other department and send to consignee as request.
- Follow up the tracking number and take note the BOD.
- Control saved contract and take note lended and paid back contract.
- Numbered and input data related to new contracts.
- Collect Request airticket of all locations based on the list of ticket agent
- Collect taxi receipt and compare with monthly invoice.
- Collect and compare desk phone, cellphone, photocopy machine and hand over for Accounting Department.
- Photocopy, certified documents (Notary Public), go out on request.
- Follow up the drinking water.
- Follow up repair or maintenance of equipments, miscellaneous of HCMO or of ITAXA House in HCMO when needed.
- Apply for a work permit for foreigners.
