Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and factories.
- Understand buyer requirements and match them with the right supplier and factory.
- Manage product development: review tech-packs, plan samples, and assist with pattern arrangement.
- Lead sampling process: schedule, check sample quality, and collect feedback.
- Prepare accurate costing based on actual consumption and negotiate with factories.
- Confirm orders: review PO details, coordinate order placement, and follow up with stakeholders.
- Plan production timeline and ensure deadlines are met.
- Procure and manage materials: check availability, confirm delivery dates, and monitor approvals.
