- Deliver overall sales targets for Health ingredients and Nutritional Premixes into key applications (Food, Beverages, Nutraceuticals, Health Supplements);
- Strengthen brand as a major healthy ingredient distributor in Vietnam market.
- Be the point person for Regional Product and Business Development teams.
- Identify new market segment opportunities for healthy and functional ingredients.
- Strengthen relationships with key accounts especially those in be.
- Compile competitor information and provide inputs to principals on quarterly basis.

- Bachelor of Science in Food, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Bio-chemical background is preferable.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development in similar industry, managing similar portfolio of products.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Risk taker.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Effective influencer and collaborator.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Team Player with High energy level.
