Managing 2 sections: Accounting and Purchasing
1. Accounting Department:
- Responsible all accounting procedures: Financial accounting (VAS and IFRS), Tax, Managerial accounting, Cash management.
- Manage and control the day-to-day activities in Finance & Accounting Division. Managing 5 members including 1 Chief accountant.
- Monthly reports to General Director, Global Headquarters and Production Headquarters.
- Reviews cost accounting. Performs Internal Control.
- Cash flow forecast and control in daily, daily bank transaction control, and loan related transaction.
- Handles internal and external audit.
- Transfer pricing document preparation.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are genuine, correctly calculation.
- Ensure estimates, accruals, prepayments, provisions and calculated balance are appropriate, supported and base on sound information.
2. Purchasing section:
- Responsible for purchase activities.
- Manages 6 members including 1 purschasing section manager.
- Monthly reports to General Director and Production Headquarters.
- Performs cost reduction in purchase price.
3. Other:
- Checks and manages internal documents for company approval.
- Miscellaneous job if any.
