We are seeking an Factory Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing factory operations, staff, and ensuring efficient production processes to meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsibility the following tasks at a manufacturing company that specializes in casting and metal processing.

1. Major Responsibilities
- Factory management.
- Staff management, machine operation instruction.
- Planning and execution of product processing methods.

2. Customer/Product Information
- Customer: Mainly exported to Japanese headquarters.
- Product: Centrifugal separator for ships.

- Management experience (experience in a management position dealing with labor costs, operating rates, profits, etc.)
- Machining experience.
- Experience operating 3D measuring devices.
- Operating lathe machines.
- Programming adjustments.
- English or Japanese: Ability to communicate with Japanese GD in the company.
- Able to set goals and steadily achieve them.
