- Conduct 1on1 meetings with the team members to motivate them to increase team performance and continue to contribute to the team.
- Evaluate the performance of team members.
- Assign team members to roles of the team.
- Encourage members to participate in the discussion and lead the planning and review meetings.
- Ensure the communication between the team members and the other teams goes well.
- Guide the team to produce software with sufficient quality and performance.
- Participate in hiring by interviewing and attracting candidates.
- Report the problems of the team to upper management in a timely manner.

- At least two years of experience building and managing development teams that design and deliver highly reliable and scalable distributed systems
- At least two years of experience with agile development methodologies
- Solid software development background, including domain-driven design, design patterns, data structures, and test-driven development.
- Track record of retaining, developing, motivating, and mentoring highly effective teams
- Experience with project delivery for a complex system.
- Self-directed and motivated to meet deadlines
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in English
