- Drive Technology Strategy for Group or Department.
- Support Manager in overall management for internal projects across the engineering department.
- Support for customer communication, solution decision making for projects.
- Support for resource/ manpower management to ensure operation efficiency and business result achievement.

- Japanese/ English (Japanese Speaking is a great advantage).
- University degree in Software engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics &Telecommunications or related majors.
- At least 3 -year experience in project management.
- At least 3-year experience in embedded development (RTOS, Linux, Android, Potting Technology, Optimization ...)
- Experience in project planning, project tracking, requirement management, risk management, quality control and communication management.
- Strong sense of quality and client orientation.

*Prefer:
- Experience for project management at Japanese company or work directly with Japanese clients is a great advantage.
- Onsite working experience in Japan is a plus.
- Able to work under a tight schedule.
- Have PMP certificate is a plus.
