The Distribution Center GM or Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of distribution centers located in Di An and Long An. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient and effective distribution processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall operations of distribution centers (DC) in Di An and Long An.
- Visit Long An warehouse approximately three times a week to monitor operations and provide on-site guidance to staff.
- Manage inventory, coordinate inbound/outbound processes, and develop distribution plans.
- Implement quality control measures and drive continuous improvement activities.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize the supply chain.
- Coordinate and negotiate with internal departments and external logistics partners.
- Respond quickly to operational issues and conduct root cause analysis.
