The Die Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the die and mold maintenance section. Key tasks include planning and executing strategies to ensure timely, cost-effective operations, improving operational efficiency, and building a high-performing maintenance team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, plan, design, and execute policies, strategies, and methods for the die and mold maintenance section to ensure operations are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

- Lead and enhance mold and die operation capacity, improve machine safety performance, and drive productivity.

- Oversee the entire die and mold section, including repair, maintenance, and management of related equipment.

- Lead and develop a strong Die & Mold Maintenance Team, including performance evaluation, training, talent development, motivation, and other tasks assigned by senior management.

- Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position (Manager level), preferably in manufacturing companies.

- At least 5 years of experience in repairing and maintaining Press Die.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

- Fluent in English (Japanese is preferred).

- Strong people management and leadership skills.

- Well-versed in mold and die (at least 5 years of experience in repair and maintenance of die and mold).

- Ability to envision both long-term and short-term goals.Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Innovative, with strong interpersonal skills and a talent development mindset.
