- Japanese N2 (daily conversation and understanding of Japanese related to architecture).
- Knowledge of architecture.
- Experience working for a Japanese company or a company whose main customers are Japanese companies (2 years or more).
- Experience in BIM (Revit) operation.
- Experience in training and managing subordinates is desirable.
