- Interpretation of specifications, compliances, terms and conditions, drawings and any other relevant document regarding commissioning of datacenter.
- Performing the commissioning with stakeholders (client, agent, subcontractors etc) in accordance with the specifications, standards, and international codes.
- Preparation for executing M&E works with Subcontractor by communicating with relevant stakeholders (Client, agents etc).
- Assist in preparation of presentation slide, technical write up for the client.
- Attendance of meeting related to M&E (Electrical, Mechanical, IT etc) and construction management for the project.
- Communicate with client and commissioning agent assigned by client for the contract modifications or site management.
- Arrangement and communication with client, agents and subcontractors for datacenter certification (ex TIA942, Uptime etc.)
- Any other business, if required in the project.

- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
- Experience of datacenter project (Commissioning and obtaining certification: TIA942, Uptime etc.)
- Strong experience in construction management for datacenter construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge in M&E works, planning capability and authorities’ compliance; adopt lean mind set to cost and resource management.
- Able to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve good results in project delivery; strongly committed to accomplishing the established milestones and other deliverables.
- Proactive when solving issues and focused on strategic goals of the project.
- Experience of Datacenter project (Commissioning, obtaining certificates).
- Communication skills to work efficiently with a client (in English). 
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), PDF editor.
- Microsoft Project (preferable).
- Fluent or fair English communication skill.(Because the project client is foreign company).
- Japanese communication skill(=N2 qualified.)
