Mô tả công việc

We are seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist member to join our team. This position involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with ethical sourcing practices and to support various sustainability initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and support vendor factory performance, including reviewing social compliance audit results, engaging with factories on corrective action plans (CAPs), visiting factories to review remediation progress, and supporting implementation of management system.
- Support capacity building projects such as Better Work and SEDEX training, as well as the development of ASICS factory training resources, worker empowerment and supplier ownership programs.
- Assist in sustainability projects, including follow-up on Higg FEM adoption, data collection, implementation of improvement plans, and impact measurement.
- Contribute to special projects such as traceability initiatives, incident investigations, and promote Sound Mind Sound Body program into strategic suppliers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with ethical sourcing practices across business functions.
- International travel required to Southeast Asian countries and Japan.

Key Relationships:
- Reporting to: Head of Global Supply Chain CSR, dotted line reporting to ASICS Sourcing Vietnam (ASV).
- Internal: Collaboration with AHQ Supply Chain CSR, ASV, CSR & Sustainability teams in Europe and USA.
- External: Engagement with local and regional industry partners (e.g., Better Work Vietnam), suppliers, factories, SEDEX, and other social compliance programs.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or related discipline, or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as law, policy, or human rights preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in ethical sourcing, corporate compliance, or governance, with auditing experience preferred.
(Expertise in the human rights field, with in-depth knowledge of labor, environmental, health, safety issues)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage tight deadlines, and demonstrate crisis management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively both internally and externally.
- Passionate about advocating for workers' rights and the benefits of ethical sourcing.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Mandarin considered a plus.
