The Construction Management Staff will oversee and manage construction projects, with a primary focus on store developments. Working under the supervision of a Japanese manager, this role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring quality control, and maintaining effective communication with Japanese clients.
Responsibilities:
- Construction management of construction work, focusing on store projects.
- Under the supervision of the Japanese manager, perform the following duties.
- Prepare various documents (specifications, drawings, perspectives, etc.) together with drawing staff.
- Preparation of quotations.
- Prepare estimates.
- Order instructions to construction companies, furniture factories, etc., and quality control.
- Management and supervision of construction sites.
- Preparation of reports.
- Communication with Japanese clients.
