- Planning and general design of the project (selecting building materials and considering safety and durability)
- Cost estimation and adjustment to the budget.
- Investigating and confirming whether there are any problems in terms of regulations and standards.
- Check the progress of the project and manage the schedule.
- We are responsible for quality control and safety control.
- Coordinates opinions and requests through communication with related parties.
- After completion of the project, the project manager conducts completion inspections and handover procedures.

- Can smooth conversations with customers in Japanese （they assume the candidate that you have worked with customers using Japanese language).
- Able to discuss and organize architectural designs with clients.
- Have experience working for a Japanese general contractor or a Japanese design firm.
