We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Accountant to lead our accounting team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of our company, managing a team of 3 to 5 staff members, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounting team (3 ~5 staffs).
- Build up & manage an accounting control system to ensure the accounting jobs of the company are following the accounting principles & government law and respond to issue financial & internal reports accurately, timely, and sufficiently.
- Responsible for ensuring that all accounting and tax records are properly kept, and reports and filings are done in compliance with accounting and legal regulations, standards, internal policies, and procedures.
- Check VAT, FCT, CIT,TP report and Statutory Accounts for the entity as prescribed by the local authority.
- Responsible for full sets of accounts, month-end close reporting, quarterly forecast, and yearly budget preparation.
- Work with external and internal auditors to prepare audited financial statements and ensure the reliability of the reports.
- Review expenses and analyze operating expense and budget variances with supported reasons.
- Ensure the smooth running of the daily operation of the Finance and Accounts Department and manage subordinates.
