The Chief Accountant will oversee and manage the general accounting operations for rental factories and warehouses owned by our group companies. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong grasp of accounting principles and the ability to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

- General accounting tasks related to the operation of rental factories and warehouses owned by our group companies. 
- Daily accounting tasks (journal entries, voucher processing, cash flow management)
- Support monthly and annual closing processes.
- Prepare and manage financial statements.
- Create and manage cash flow reports.
- Assist with tax filings.
- Support audit compliance and ensure adherence to relevant laws.

- Certified Chief Accountant (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting at a corporate organization.
- Experience with accounting in a Japanese company or in a factory/warehouse setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- English: Business Level (TOEIC 600 over) .
- Japanese: Business Level (N2).
- Living in Hung Yen and/or being able to commute by his/herself.
- Company doesn’t provide transportation.
