We are seeking an Technical Department Leader. The candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electronic product design, with a proven track record of leading technical teams to success. This role requires a optimize existing products while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Design and evaluation of new mechanical products, improvement and optimization of existing electronic products.
- Measurement and data analysis in product development.
- Preparation of product development documents.
- Reporting of research results.
- Graduate: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechanical design, or related field.
- English proficiency to read technical documents.
- At least 2 years of experience in R&D and mechanical product design (5 years preferred).
- Programming skills in microcontroller platforms: STM32, ESP32, PIC, AVR...
- Familiarity with 3D design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
