The R&D Department Manager will lead the design, evaluation, and optimization of electronic products, ensuring innovative development and enhancement of existing offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in electronics and product development.
Responsibilities:
- Design and evaluation of new electronic products, improvement and optimization of existing electronic products.
- Measurement and data analysis in product development.
- Preparation of product development documents.
- Reporting of research results.
- Graduation: Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or other related field.
- English proficiency to read technical documents.
- 10+ years of experience in research and development and electronic product design.
- In-depth knowledge of circuits, electronic components, and manufacturing processes.
- Programming skills in microcontroller platforms: STM32, ESP32, PIC, AVR...
- Familiarity with design and simulation software (Altium, KiCad, Protues).
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
