- Technical support for CAD/CAM systems for mold design and processing.
- Technical support for a process control system for mold/parts manufacturing.
- Pre-introduction demonstration, post-introduction training, inquiries, periodic visits.
- Learning of new functions and enhancements released every year and their deployment to customers.
- PR activities at trade shows and sales meetings, and information dissemination via the Web and SNS.
- Visit clients in industrial parks in the suburbs of Hanoi.

- 20's to early 30's.
- At least 2 years of experience working for a manufacturer.
- Press die design/processing experience is preferred.
- Japanese N3 level (daily conversation in English is preferred).
