<Project Management>
- Mainly in charge of Technical (Construction/Operation/LNG Procurement), Commercial, Market and Negotiation of project documents like PPA, GSA, LNG SPA, EPC, LA and etc. in a LNG to Power project (“the project”).
- Management of domestic Feasibility Study(“the domestic FS”) for authority’s approval in the project with potential partners and domestic third-party consultants
- Management of international Feasibility Study(”the international FS”) for financial arrangement in the project with potential partners and international third-party consultants
- Support of part of Feasibility Studies which company is mainly in charge of, like LNG procurement, LNG terminal construction and operation, and etc. with professional employees in Japan
- Facilitation of discussion among potential investors in English and Vietnamese
- Management of discussion and negotiation with local authorities for project management
<General Business Development>
- Strategy making for business development especially for gas and power businesses
- Information gathering (Project, Company, Market, Regulation, etc.)
- Sourcing of partners/projects (To build business network, finding local and international partners, project structuring)
- Project Promotion (Due Diligence, Investment conditions negotiation, Follow up to Wet Close)
- Post-Merger Integration (Value-up activity especially for Gas down stream business which company invested in)
