The Branch Manager - LCL Consolidation will oversee the business and operational activities at our Da Nang Office. This role requires a strategic leader adept in business negotiation and market exploration to develop LCL consolidation products.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall business and operation activities at the Da Nang Office.
- Responsible for Business negotiation, explore market opportunities, develop LCL consolidation products for the branch.
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
- Responsible for human resource management, training and team development to ensure effective branch operations.
- Coordinate with other branches in the company to optimize operating procedures and service quality.
- Monitor and evaluate business indicators, report branch performance to the Country Manager.
- Ensure branch compliance with company policies, regulations and laws.
- Ensure asset accountability, technology and trade secrets of the Company.
