The Branch Manager - LCL Consolidation will oversee the business and operational activities at our Da Nang Office. This role requires a strategic leader adept in business negotiation and market exploration to develop LCL consolidation products.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the overall business and operation activities at the Da Nang Office.
- Responsible for Business negotiation, explore market opportunities, develop LCL consolidation products for the branch.
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
- Responsible for human resource management, training and team development to ensure effective branch operations.
- Coordinate with other branches in the company to optimize operating procedures and service quality.
- Monitor and evaluate business indicators, report branch performance to the Country Manager.
- Ensure branch compliance with company policies, regulations and laws.
- Ensure asset accountability, technology and trade secrets of the Company.

- Background in Branch Manager/ Sales Manager for Freight Forwarding/ Shipping/ Logistics, experience in LCL preferred.
- Customer oriented.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situation.
- Proficiency in English (preferable candidate who can speak Korean and/or Chinese).
- Capable in building strong and lasting relationships and networks at multiple levels, focusing on decision makers and influencers, both locally and internationally.
- Well-developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing and presentation skills as well as ability to do needs evaluation and handle most common customer objections.
- Has strong negotiation skills and project management.
- Self-Motivated and performance driven.
