The Biên Phiên Dịch & Trợ Lý will provide comprehensive administrative and translation support to the Board of Directors (BOD). This role involves translating and interpreting during meetings, managing internal and external communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Serve as the secretary to the BOD, managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
- Compile, analyze, and submit various reports and data, including handling complaints and coordinating with group companies.
2. Translation and Interpretation:
- Translate and interpret for the BOD during meetings, internal operations, customer interactions, and for internal/group documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely translation of documents to facilitate clear communication.
3. Visitor Coordination:
- Manage schedules and arrangements for visits from Japanese experts and customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors to support the BOD and the organization’s operations.
